We feel that this blog is very effective because it provides viewers with everything they need to feel confident before they fry their first turkey. In the very first paragraph, the writer assures the viewer that fried turkeys are in fact delicious and non greasy. This makes fried turkeys sound more enjoyable to eat which subsequently gives the viewer more incentive to seek professional turkey friers for the holiday season.
